You may have done shadow work before. Journalling, therapy, inner child work, parts work. You understood your patterns. And yet they kept showing up. That is not a failure on your part. It is a limitation of working only at the level of the mind.
Your shadow does not live in your thoughts or your story. It lives in your body, your nervous system, your autonomic responses. It is stored somatically, which is why insight alone rarely shifts it. You can understand a pattern completely and still repeat it.
Identifying a pattern is not the same as metabolising it. Most approaches work at the level of psychology: naming, analysing, reframing. SSW goes beneath that, into the nervous system itself, where the pattern is actually coded and where it can actually change.
The shadow is not your darkness. It is trapped light. The places in you that contracted around a wound are the same places where your most extraordinary gifts are frozen. Your greatest genius, your real power, your unique transmission, all of it lives inside the shadow, waiting to be reclaimed. The gold is inside the shadow, not on the other side of it.
SSW does not teach you to cope with your patterns or manage your triggers. It metabolises them completely. When a pattern is met somatically, brought into contact with direct presence, it loses its charge. Not suppressed. Not reframed. Gone. What remains is the energy that was locked inside it, returned to you as gift.
The shadow is sneaky. It is not hidden from you by accident. The parts of you that carry the deepest patterns are expert at concealing themselves from your conscious awareness. This is why most shadow work methods fail: they rely on self-reflection, and the ego cannot reliably see its own blind spots. Somatic Shadow Work™ bypasses this by reading the body directly. The body does not lie. It holds the pattern beneath the level of the mind's defences, which is why a somatic field reading can illuminate what years of introspection could not reach.
True transformation is not understanding your gift. It is becoming someone who lives from it. Your nervous system and body are deeply familiar with your shadow pattern, it is what they have known for years, and familiarity feels like safety even when it is limitation. Real change requires a new somatic reality, a shift at the level of identity and nervous system, where the gift frequency becomes what feels natural and the shadow pattern loses its grip. About
I have been living and breathing this work for over a decade.
Almost a decade of working with clients one to one, and in groups, in person and online, hundreds of shadow and gift readings, and a lifetime of my own initiation through the depths. I did not come to this work from the outside. I came to it through my own process, facing my own darkness, my own long walk through the material I now help others move through.
Somatic Shadow Work™ emerged from the integration of all of it. The years of shadow work, the somatic practice, and the gradual discovery that I could experience another person's shadow and gifts directly through my own body, as information, as sensation, as knowing. Over a hundred readings later, the accuracy still moves me. And I want to be clear about something: I do not consider myself special or uniquely gifted in a way that separates me from you. I am a sensor. The field is the source. I have simply learned to listen through my body, and that is something anyone can learn.
I co-founded The School of Kundalini and Consciousness Awakening, a professional training school for practitioners, where we have seen again and again that every person has their own unique way of interfacing with the field. Your gifts are not less real because they look different from mine. They are yours, specific to you, waiting to be uncovered and expressed.

A reading of your consciousness field, carried out blind. These readings focus on identifying the main shadow pattern that is preventing your best pathway forward. A reading of the field of your business itself. Everything has its own consciousness field, its own shadows and gifts, and your business is no different. This reading looks at what shadow is active in your business, what is blocking growth at an energetic level deeper than strategy alone. We also look at what unique gifts are encoded in your business that have not yet fully come through. For practitioners, entrepreneurs, coaches, and creators ready to see the field of their business and create truly energetically aligned marketing and strategy.
1:1 Session
Every situation, relationship or dynamic has a field. And that field has an order to it, a correct configuration that, when it is not in place, creates the stuck feeling, the pattern that keeps repeating, the relationship that stays stuck in the same cycle, the income that keeps hitting the same ceiling. In a Field Reading you bring the specific situation. You do not need to have all the answers or even fully understand what is happening. We read the field, look at what is present, and identify what is out of order. Then we work somatically directly with the energetic structure beneath the surface. This is how long-standing patterns can shift in a session. The field moves back into its correct order.
6 Week Container
The Reclamation is a one-to-one journey designed for when you are done with a pattern. During these six weeks, we excavate one somatic shadow pattern and shift it all the way through. You may be tired of looping around the same situation in your relationship, or tired of being single and not meeting anyone who is relationship material. Or you may be struggling in your business, not finding the success or financial reward you feel you should be having by now. Or you may be feeling blocked in your gifts or spiritual abilities. Choose one area of focus, and we excavate it to the root and transform it. Allowing life force to flow in this area and creating a whole new positive pathway forward. This journey contains weekly sessions plus between-session support and field holding, and is designed to create lasting transformation.
4 Month Mentorship
